As a few examples of more helpful filters (especially in MN & WI) we offer a choice of waterfront properties only, specific lakes, lake size, lot size, days on the market and numerous other very helpful filters. Again, choose the relevant filters and pass on the others.
Our Interactive Map: Allows you to focus on your area of interest. Draw a border (any shape) around any area…”click” and only properties within that area will come up.
Then save that search if desired!
And have new properties that meet that search criteria emailed to you within minutes of them coming on the market…again, if you desire!
More Relevant Options: As one example SearchHomesEZ.com offers “County” as an option for a selected area in addition to “City, Zip Code, MLS# and Address”. Selecting a City on other websites will limit selected properties to only those within that city’s area code or city limits of that selected city. In many cases that limitation is not the intended geographical limit of the user’s search. If your area of choice includes more than one county, city or zip code…you can choose multiples. The Interactive Map app then can be used to further fine tune the search so you can zero right in on your specific area of interest.
Less Clutter: SearchHomesEZ.com is not cluttered with so called “Featured Properties”. These are generally advertisements promoting properties that have limited or no relevance to what you are looking for. We won’t distract you. Additionally, we do not post ads that can distract you.
Look, Dig, Research: Zero in on any property. Our information is all inclusive and updated immediately. We are linked to the NorthStar Multiple Listing Service which covers Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Nearly all other major real estate search websites (Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com etc) are required to have each individual broker sign off to allow their properties to appear on these sites. Most Brokers do, but there are some who object to this and do not allow their listings to be posted. Additionally, most major websites use a secondary ’hub’ source for their information. This adds an additional step (another company) in acquiring the properties and related information. These 2 factors too often result in missing properties and many times, inaccurate property information. SearchHomesEZ.com provides the most direct, complete and accurate information possible.
